1. Consulting Services
Due to the nature of consulting and educational services:
- All payments are non-refundable once the service has started
- No refunds for completed sessions, strategy development, or delivered materials
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company if:
- Services were not delivered as agreed
- Cancellation occurs before service initiation
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
